Your contract's text is sent to OpenAI's API to generate the analysis (not used to train models). Responses storage is disabled, but standard API abuse-monitoring logs may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days.
Your email address and the file name are handled by our email provider, Resend, for notifications about your analysis — the result-ready email includes your private result link.
The service is hosted on Fly.io infrastructure in Frankfurt; data at rest lives on its encrypted volumes.
The full extracted contract text is removed from the active job record when the analysis completes or fails, with a 24-hour backstop while the service is running. Limited supporting excerpts remain in the result so you can verify findings; they follow the result's deletion schedule. Encrypted Fly.io volume snapshots are currently retained for five days.
Results are removed from the active database after 30 days — or on request via the result-page delete button.
